Washington Redskins LT Trent Williams declared that he was diagnosed with cancer due to a tumor in his skull.

Likewise, the offensive lineman commented that the doctors told him that it was something “minor” with something that grew 6 years ago in his body. “I almost lost my life,” he added.

One of Williams’ main annoyances for not showing up for training, in addition to wanting a new contract, was the disagreements with the medical staff. On repeated occasions, he commented that they handled the injuries poorly. Given this situation, S Su’a Cravens (former Redskins player and currently a free agent) confirmed his discomfort with the team’s doctors.

After reporting to the team for the first time this week after being absent due to disagreements with the franchise, he performed medical tests. In these, the player passed all the tests until he put on the helmet. When this happened, the player was in pain from the surgery and it was reported that Washington had two weeks to find him a helmet that would not hurt him.

Although it appears that the 10-year veteran is out of danger, he was a topic of conversation earlier in the week as he was almost traded before the movement limit. Likewise, the Redskins assured that they plan to get rid of him in the 2020 offseason.

Finally, Williams had commented that he would never play with Washington again and, after reporting to the facilities, he reconfirmed that it is not in his plans to do so.

As a personal situation, this explains the entire saga.
