Steelers’ T.J. Watt and his wife, Dani Marie Watt, are officially parents.

Four months after announcing they were expecting their first child together, T.J. and Dani have announced the birth of their daughter.

On Monday, March 10, the proud parents took to social media to share the news.

Alongside several black and white images of their daughter and glimpses of the family of three at the hospital, Dani also announced her name.

“Worth The Wait,” she wrote. “Welcome To The World Blakely Marie Watt!”

T.J.’s brother, retired NFL star J.J. Watt, who is expecting his second child later this year with his wife Kealia Ohai Watt, shared his congratulations in the comments.

“Welcome to the world Blakely!!!!!” he wrote.

T.J. quarterback, Russell Wilson, also shared a message, writing, “Congrats y’all! What a blessing!”

The linebacker praised his wife in November while announcing their pregnancy, saying Dani was “crushing pregnancy.”

“Very thankful for this family we are starting,” he added.

In addition to both T.J. and JJ, their third brother, Derek Watt and wife Gabriella Watt, are expecting their third child together later this year as well. The baby will be their first daughter.

“Can’t wait to meet Blakely,” Derek wrote on his Instagram Story. “So glad our daughter will have her to grow up with,” he continued.

“Welcome to fatherhood,” Derek added as a message to his brother. “You’re already a great dad.”
